This top down shooter doesn't offer something significantly original, yet what it does it seems to do right. It looks good and polished and the downsides are relatively minor in my opinion.
Basically you're just shooting your way through levels. Destroying the level is always fun :) Enemies spawning right on top of you is something I don't really like. The map is a little confusing, at least at first. And the store... I don't know what the store is supposed to do. And of course losing everything when you die but still spawning in the same level... I dunno about that.
Verdict: I like this game. It's not perfect, but at least it seems complete. Top down shooters are a bit of hit or miss but this one hits for me. Some UI stuff could be improved, but let's face it; that's not happening for a game released four years ago.
Familiarity: Had not played this game before. Don't expect myself to excape from the icy planet either.
